I'm a first generation college student, and I grew up in the Richmond area! I started my college journey at VCU, and later graduated from SNHU with a degree in Psychology. I originally started this business as a way to help pay for college with my hobby, and it’s blossomed into a full time passion that I’m so thankful for!
I love curling up for a good true crime documentary, laughing at TikToks, staying up way too late, and learning how to not be a total workaholic. (Someday I will find that thing called a work-life balance haha!)

To be completely honest, I just can't pick one color! I started dying my hair way back in high school. It's been red, blue, green, and everything in between ever since. I love the glimpses of the rainbow that I get, and I can't imagine myself without it, at this point!
The color to start it all was a bright, fire-hydrant red, which was partially inspired by Paramore. It may be a guilty pleasure to some, but Pop Punk music has my heart and soul. Nothing makes me want to get up and dance more than those 2000's classics!

It all started when I moved into my first apartment with no roommates. I got pretty lonely! I ADORE Pit Bulls (especially their big heads and personalities!), but unfortunately most landlords don't agree. So of course, the next logical decision was to get a cacti. I started out with one, and I'm now turning into a crazy plant lady!
There is just something about nurturing these little guys and watching them grow that makes me smile. Every new plant gets me so excited for finding it a home and learning more about them!

Before photographing weddings full time, I was a camp counselor! Creating a fun experience for others is definitely my second passion. No other job lets you spend your days teaching kids how to paint while dressed as Bob Ross, hold elaborate wand sorting ceremonies, or have massive food fights!
I've loved getting to learn more about kids and what they need through my degree, and being able to implement it both at camp and in photography sessions! I'm so thankful to now get to focus all of that passion into my photography.

Pinterest styled photos to swoon over are amazing, but so are elegant black and whites of a sweet hug with Grandma or the flower girl gazing at you in your wedding dress!
FINDING THE MOMENT
Seriously, I totally get it! I am extremely nervous on the other side of the camera! I know what it's like to have a few nerves, and my focus is on making sure you feel totally comfortable. You want fun, emotional candids - but also kind of want to know what to do with your hands! My posing system gives you enough direction to know what to do, but is natural enough to inspire plenty of candid moments. I love making you look AND feel amazingly confident!
