After 8 years together, Caitlin and Kyle finally tied the knot at their Triple Crossing Beer Wedding! With fun and special details, like personalized games for their guests and a special toss during the reception, they made their day uniquely their own. After a fun morning of getting ready, it was time for Caitlin and Kyle’s first look!
As Kyle turned to see Caitlin, his face was full of love and awe before pulling her in for a sweet hug. They then exchanged their handwritten vows, and read them quietly to themselves with shaky hands. By the end, they both were wiping tears from their eyes amidst burst of laughter! After a few portraits, their wedding party joined in the celebrations, cheering on Caitlin and Kyle. Then, it was time to get in the limo and head to Triple Crossing.
After all guests had taken their seats, the wedding party made their way down the aisle. As Caitlin emerged with her father, Ron, Kyle began to grin from ear to ear! They shared a hug, and a few laughs, before taking their places. Caitlin and Kyle’s close friend and officiant, Chelsea, lead them through their vows. Surrounded by their loved ones, they promised to inspire and encourage each other as they exchanged rings. As they kissed under the twinkling lights, the song Just Like Heaven by The Cure began, and guests cheered! Caitlin and Kyle were finally announced husband and wife!
Caitlin and Kyle’s reception was nothing short of memorable, filled with personal touches. After a touching first dance, the couple kicked off the reception with a pizza cutting to signify the start to dinner. The Best Man, Jake, and Maid of Honor, Summer, shared a few words after dinner. Jake shared how he quickly knew that Caitlin and Kyle’s relationship was something special, and that Caitlin just might replace him as Kyle’s best friend. Summer spoke of how Kyle can make Caitlin smile when she’s down, and how good he is at being her calm through stressful times. After a toast and round of applause, the music and dancing began!
Caitlin created amazing interactive activities for guests to play during reception, such as a giant collaborative crossword puzzle with questions all about the couple. Questions included how they first met, their favorite date night location, and their favorite place to take their dogs! They highlighted their love for animals with gourmet dog treats as wedding favors, and a super fun alternative to a bouquet toss. They decided to toss stuffed animals, instead of flowers! Caitlin and Kyle would then make a donation in the name of whoever catches them, to their favorite animal charity. It was such a great idea, and so much fun to watch!
After a night full of celebration and dancing, Caitlin and Kyle ended the night with cheers and applause from their guests. Congratulations again you two, and I hope you’ve been enjoying your first week as husband and wife!
