Lane and Joe’s Summer Belle Grove Wedding was an absolute dream! Last Saturday, these high school sweethearts finally tied the knot in their ceremony overlooking the beautiful Rappahannock River. Their day was a celebration full of family and friends, and it was so nice getting to see so many familiar faces!
Lane slipped into her dress with the help of her mother, Clair, and her sister, Becky. When her bridesmaids saw her final look, no one could contain their excitement! As Lane got in place for her first look with her father, Walt, tears were falling before they even saw each other. As Walt turned to see his daughter, they embraced in a sweet hug with tears streaming down their faces. They laughed and hugged, before it was time for Lane to see Joe’s groomsmen!
As they opened their eyes to see Lane, they all cheered and shouted their excitement! Finally, it was time for Joe to see Lane. As they shared their sweet moment together, their wedding party could help but giggle with glee as they watched from the windows! After some stunning portraits, it was finally time for their ceremony.
Their ceremony was beautiful, overlooking the gorgeous scenery of the Rappahannock River. Guests couldn’t help but tear up, as they listened to Lane and Joe sharing their vows! Finally, after more than 11 years together, Land and Joe were finally pronounced husband and wife! After unburying the bourbon with their wedding party, and a few stunning sunset portraits, it was time for the party to begin!
They entered their reception to a round of applause, and began their first dance together. After speeches from Lane’s sister, Becky, and the Best Man, Drew, the dance floor opened for the night Guests enjoyed signature drinks and custom cookies, along with singing a bit of karaoke while they danced. The night ended with an epic send off to, “Closing Time,” with everyone screaming and shouting their congratulations!
Congratulations again Lane and Joe, and I’m so thankful to have been able to capture your day with you two! I hope it was everything that you dreamed of!
