Josh and Megan’s spring wedding day at Waverly Estate was full of sweet moments, supportive people, and a plethora of beautiful details! After a fun and tear jerking morning of getting ready, Megan made her way outside for her first look with her step-father Ron. Before she even made it outside, Ron was tearing up thinking about seeing his only daughter on her wedding day! As Ron turned to see Megan, her bridesmaids watching from the window let out a loud, “aw!” at the sweet moment.

After a few tears and laughs, it was Josh’s turn! He grinned ear to ear as he embraced Megan, and had her do a little twirl to take in the full look. I’m not sure what it was, but I couldn’t help but cry! I’m usually able to make it to the first dance before crying on a wedding day, but I was tearing up left and right from that moment on. I just can’t express how happy I am for them, and all of the love that they share with each other and their families! After a few fun portraits, it was time for their ceremony.

Their ceremony was held in the Waverly Estate Chapel, decorated with show-stopping florals for their backdrop by Sweet Magnolia, that you just have to see! During their ceremony you could see tears of happiness and emotion from parents, grandparents, the bridal party, and friends all around the chapel as they watched Megan and Josh get married. Finally, Megan and Josh were announced Mr. and Mrs. Tasker, and it was time for the party to begin!

The reception kicked off as the bridal party entered with fun and energetic poses. Josh and Megan headed down the stairs and straight into their first dance, dancing to, “I am Yours,” by Andy Grammer. As Megan and Ron shared a dance, followed by Josh dancing with his sister Ashley, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.

During dinner, guests admired all of the stunning decor! Megan created many of the reception details herself, including the table numbers, seating charts, and welcome sign. Their elegant display of wedding cakes was an absolute showstopper, leaving everyone speechless! Megan’s talented friend, Shannel, is the mastermind behind these intricate works of art. After cutting their cake, guests erupted with excitement as Megan and Josh playfully smashed cake in each other’s faces! Friends and family danced the night away with such a fun party! After a late night Chick-fil-A snack, and a private last dance, the night ended with a sparkler exit.

From beginning to end, their day was just filled with beautiful moments! Congratulations again you two, and I hope you’ve enjoyed the first few days as husband and wife!!
