This week I got to travel a bit for a Lake Anna Family Session! I’ve had so much fun photographing summer vacations with different families this summer. Summer vacations are a great time to get some updated family photos, when everyone is all together! I traveled out to Lake Anna to meet the Goldbergs and their extended family members. The lake house was absolutely gorgeous!

I’ve found my new favorite Richmond Spring Mini Sessions location! Rural Plains Park is an absolute gem hidden away in Mechanicsville. This little park gives so much variety, and the best sunset light! There are so many places to explore, including the large field out front. In the spring, the light gravel walkways make for a stunning backdrop! This is definitely one of my favorite locations that I will be coming back to!

Spring came a little early this year for my Richmond Cherry Blossom Mini Session with the Barefoot family! The warm spring had Richmond in full bloom, and the blossoms looked amazing! I was so excited for their session, and couldn’t wait to see them again. They are such a fun family, and Mason and Izzy have such big personalities! I’ve known these goofballs for a while, and it’s crazy watching grow up! Those big personalities gave us some big smiles for their session, which fit their family perfectly 🙂 I love all of the laughs that we got in this short session!
