Fall Wedding with Stunning Florals | Richmond Wedding Photographer
Sandy and Kevin’s journey together finally brought them to their wedding day, and they were both more than ready to say, “I do!” Finding love at camp Ottari, Sandy and Kevin have enjoyed over 6 years of laughter together. I’ve just loved getting to know them, and our shared taste in pop punk! They’ve grown and matured so much in life together, but still have such carefree hearts that they share together. It was a gorgeous fall day at the Hanover Tavern, with the sun shining and fall colors blowing in the breeze as I arrived!
Everyone was busy getting ready, with excitement building in the air. As the bouquet arrived, we were all stunned by the arrangement Kevin’s father had made! Soon it was time for Sandy to put on her dress, and her mother, Deirdre, and her bridesmaids were all in awe. As Deirdre used her crochet hook to loop the delicate buttons, it was finally becoming so real. Sandy walked down the stairs to her father, Sam, who was brimming with love and pride! After some quick portraits with Sandy and all of her gorgeous bridesmaids, it was time for the ceremony!
As the bridal party took their places, Kevin looked on with joy. As Sandy emerged with her parents, everyone couldn’t contain their excitement! Kevin gazed lovingly at Sandy, as she took her place in front of him. Their Friends and family looked on with adoration as they shared their vows to one another, amidst the beautiful fall day. Soon, it was time for Kevin’s brother, Ryan, to present the rings. Finally, the best man and minister, Davis, was excitedly able to present Mr. and Mrs. Pusak! Guests cheered as they shared their first kiss, and walked back down the aisle as husband and wife.
Beginning with their first dance, Sandy and Kevin swayed across the dance floor that was lit by the criss crossing of romantic hanging lights. Eyes watered as they danced to the sweet lyrics of, “I want to Hold Your Hand,” beautifully encompassing Sandy and Kevin’s adoration for each other. They are each others’ weirdos to the end, and will always take each other’s hand! (Yes, I was definitely tearing up myself!) Soon, it was time for dinner, as guests shared their congratulations and compliments on the gorgeous day. Then, Sam, Davis, and bridesmaids Kristin and Elizabeth shared toasts full of nostalgia, before cutting the cake brought more laughs!
Everyone had a blast dancing and singing renditions of their favorite songs. After pelting out the tunes to some Blink-182 and Yellowcard, the night ended with a glowstick send-off! Congratulations again Sandy and Kevin, and I hope that your party bus was a blast! I’m so glad that you two have found each other, and best of wishes as you two start this new chapter together. Thanks to all of the amazing vendors that helped make the day possible!
