Megan and Sam’s Persimmon’s Creek Barn wedding was absolutely magical! The grounds of the venue were absolutely stunning, and they were blessed with the perfect fall weather. Everyone spent the morning preparing for the day, and making sure that Sam didn’t get a sneak peek of Megan before their ceremony! Megan’s Mom, Michelle, couldn’t help but tear up as she helped Megan into her dress. She carefully adjusted the tulle bow in Megan’s train, and added final touches of baby’s breath to her intricate braids. Megan’s wedding dress was so unique, and I absolutely loved her sleeves!

Grabbing her bouquet, Megan made her way outside to share first looks with her father, Shelby, and her step father, Kevin. They were both so excited to see her, and so excited to get to walk her down the aisle! As guests began taking their seats, Sam made his way out to the arbor. Following the wedding party, Megan and Sam’s daughter, Dawsyn, made her entrance riding down the aisle in her adorable wagon! Finally, Sam turned to see Megan, walking with Shelby and Kevin. Tearfully, they exchanged hugs, and took their places at the arbor. Their officiant shared a few words of love, as Megan and Sam exchanged their rings. Finally, Megan and Sam were announced Mr. and Mrs. Fischer!

After a cheerful ceremony exit, it was finally time for the whole wedding party to celebrate together with a few photos! As guests enjoyed cornhole and cocktails on the lawn, Megan and Sam snuck away for a few just married portraits. Their reception began with their first dance to Sparks by Coldplay, and they just couldn’t keep their eyes off of each other! Megan shared a dance with Kevin and Shelby, and Sam danced with his mother, Carrie. After dinner, the Maid of Honor, Liamarie, and Best Man, Kyle, shared heartwarming toasts.
The festivities of the night began with a garter toss, and Megan had a surprise for Sam! Sam excitedly walked up to Megan, only to find that he had been “Iced.” Megan burst out laughing as Sam found the Smirnoff Ice, and began the ceremonious drinking. After a hilarious bouquet toss, the dance floor opened for the rest of the night! Guests enjoyed mingling on the beautiful lawn of Persimmon Creek Barn, and taking polaroids for Megan and Sam’s guestbook. As the night came to an end, guests eagerly lined up for their sparkler exit. Under the glow of the sparklers, guests clapped and cheered for Megan and Sam as they left for the night!

Congratulations again Mr. and Mrs. Fischer, and I hope you two enjoy your honeymoon!
