You guys, I am SO excited to share about this adorable couple! Meet Gabe and Caitlynn, who are two long time friends of mine! Way back in the day when the Sonic of Shortpump first opened, Gabe and I both started our first days on the job as carhops, and eventually met Caitlynn as she managed shifts in between her college classes. Our Sonic crew very quickly became our “Sonic Fam,” and started long time friendships! I’ve been so grateful for our Sonic fam and all of the great memories, and especially getting to know these two. Before we knew it, Gabe and Caitlynn had been together for years, and we all lost it when we heard that Gabe had finally proposed! Sharing their love of sports teams, different fandoms, and all of their dogs, these two fill their lives with laughter as best friends. Through all of our endless game nights, Sonic hang-outs, and other shenanigans, I’ve had so much fun with these friends and watching their love grow. I was so excited and touched when they asked me to do their wedding photography, and I just can’t wait for their wedding day! Not only do I get to just share in the excitement as their friend, but I’m also so giddy to get to take their photos!
With Richmond in full fall splendor, we went over to Libby Hill Park for their engagement session. The beautiful fall day had the perfect breeze as we walked around the surrounding neighborhood scouting for the best trees! We laughed, joked, and caught up on everything that’s been going on lately. These two barely needed any direction, as they just joke and laugh with each other so well! They way they look at each other, and look after each other, is so adorable. They truly are best friends, and I’m so happy that they found each other, and are finally getting to take this next step in their journey together. These photos really hold such a special place in my heart, and I’m so blessed to be able to give these to them! Congratulations again Gabe and Caitlynn, and I hope you really cherish these! Your love is one in a million, and I can’t wait for April!!
