I had such a great time with Jordan and Devin at their Rural Plains Engagement Session! This location never fails to deliver the most beautiful light 🙂 We had the most amazing fall day for their session, and I’m just in love with their portraits! They did an amazing job coordinating their outfits, and they fit their style so well!
Jordan and Devin met way back in 2014. Jordan was visiting a friend in Florida while she was touring Law schools. Devin happened to be stationed in the Navy with this same friend, and joined in on their weekend! A friendship blossomed. Once Jordan officially moved to Florida for school, she knew she wanted to date Devin! In January, they took a trip back to Jacksonville Florida from their home here in Virginia. They took a tour down memory lane, visiting where they met and their favorite places to go when they lived there together.
Devin asked Jordan to recreate a picture they took together on the beach before they left Jacksonville the first time. They excitedly posed for the photo, and then looked at the results. Devin happily told Jordan that this picture was special because it is the last one with her as his girlfriend. Before she knew it, Devin was on his knee to propose! Jordan said, “yes!” and now they are planning their May Cousiac Manor wedding!
